Eclectic tastes, but not a snob I could go into a long list of titles. Or I could tell you about my anticipated weekend:

1) I have a whole stack of DVD's from the library. By chance, and not by design, they are mostly Silent Horror this time (Nosferatu, Golem)

2) I also checked out Fritz Lang's "Die Niebelungen". To compare and contrast with Wagner's ring cycle (which I am soon going to listen to as part of a bucket list dare)

3) The new Star Trek. Which I intend to follow with another bucket list task: Watch the entire run of the original Series. (Got Episodes 2 and 3 this weekend).

4) Although I doubt I would watch EITHER movie even on DVD, I am considering catching the "Alice in Wonderliand"/"Lightning Thief" double feature at the drive in. Because that's how much I love the drive in experience.

5) At the same time, I still haven't seen Avatar. And it's only playing in one theater now.
