This was an Italian movie and subtitled.
I saw it on PBS about 16 years ago.
Plot was a man who's young daughter had died.
The cemetery was being relocated and it was discovered that her body had never decayed at all.
Her father instead of reburying her, put her into a suitcase and took her to Rome to try to have her declared a saint.
It turned out her father was actually the saint and brought her back to life.
