Be that got your attention! That is one of my nicknames since I am such a movie fanatic. One of the local radio stations actually called me that on the air once! So how many folks here are true movie fanantcis? Do you run out and buy a new dvd, or six, every paycheck? Do you scrounge all over the internet looking for news on movies in production to make plans to see them two years down the road? Would you sooner lose your baby pictures in a fire than your dvd collection? Do you have hundreds of DVDs to watch but still have trouble finding one you want to watch, so go buy new ones? Does the summer blockbuster season feel almost like Christmas to you? So speak up. Who are the movie fanantics here and why do you think you are a movie fanatic?

I would have to say I have about exactly 100. But I'm still going. And I'm very picky. I only own the movies I really like. NOW if you include MY T.V. Series Colection, That's a different story.

My problem is that I like so many different movies. I am a true cineaste. That is French for "movie fanatic". I literally can't go a paycheck without buying at least one movie, usually three or four. But, I am trying to break myself of that habit because I want to buy a new car in the next few months and a house in the next year. Man, it is killing me!

.Suggest buying movies the first week they come out because that is when they are cheapest. They usually release new movies on Tuesdays.

`If THESE are your poll questions

Less than 100. I am so ashamed of myself.
100 to 200 and just getting started.
200 to 500 and who says that is too many????
More than 500 and jonesing for more!!!
Zero. Movies should only be seen in the theater.

you must be expecting answers from PIKERS.

For it to have ANY relevancy to ME
every line would have to increase by a factor of TEN.

`I definitely spend more money at the movies than I do on DVDs...and I still have a ton of VHS tapes, but I'm trying to build up my collection :)
